The Company is being audited by certified auditors. For the fiscal year ending 31/12/2009 the audit was conducted by the certified auditors Mr. George Deligiannis, reg. nr. SOEL 15791 and Mr. Manolis Michalios, reg. nr. SOEL 25131 of Grant Thornton company (44 V. Konstantinou str., 116 35 Athens, tel. 210 - 7280000).
In their report they state:
In our opinion, the abovementioned individual and consolidated Financial Statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company and that of the Group as of December 31, 2009, and the financial performance and the cash flows of the Company and those of the Group for the year then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards that have been adopted by the European Union.
